Regina Harp is proud to announce a NEW product for web sites that are for YOU! We recently sponsored some Ascension Parish Subdivisions. Each subdivision I sponsored paid for the subdivisions to have their own web site. It is a wonderful way for neighbors to get to know each other and post on the Subdivision board to find out about garage sales, Homeowner Association Meetings, neighborhood watches and so on. I have taken pictures of some homes in each subdivision and posted them on your site. Also find out how to create your very own Neighborhood Watch or how about a "Yard Of The Month" Contest? RE/MAX First is moving to a new location! We are excited to announce that we are now going to have ALL of our RE/MAX agents in the SAME office. Our new location is going to be on 10311 Jefferson Highway in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
ASCENSION PARISH HAD THEIR LAST MEET!
Ascension Parish School Board held its last public hearing for the New Dutchtown High School affecting our school lines for each school in the parish on May 2nd. They have decided that all Prairieville and Dutchtown Middle children will be going to the NEW Dutchtown High School. No other school lines will be affected by the opening of the new high school. They are going to allow 2002 seniors to have a choice on graduating at their current high school or going to the New Dutchtown High School to be the first graduating class. For the first year at Dutchtown High, there will be no varsity sports because they won't have enough seniors.

KID STUFF!
What are my 4 children up to now? Well, we are entering into our go-cart season again. My daughter is going to start racing this year, so now we have FOUR go-carts! Tim Jr. has moved up into a faster cart and it's decorated with RE/MAX logos. The races are held in Maurpas every other Saturday night. For any parents interested in their child racing, please contact me and I will be happy to supply you with all of the information. Football registration is right around the corner! We will be registering for football season soon for the Galvez Independent League. Galvez is also doing a football camp around July for those of you that are interested. I believe the cost is about $30.00 a child and it pays for their football camp shirt too. Call if you are interested.

I am done with my Coloring Books! And they have been a hit with the kids! Anyone who lists their home with Regina Harp & Team will get their own personalized Coloring Book for their home. These coloring books are put out just as the Brochures on the homes are put out. It has lots of different activities in it. The front has your property address.
CHILDREN'S LISTING BOOK TOO!
And ONLY with Regina Harp & Team do you get a "Children's Listing Book"! I am very proud of this book because my daughter, Frances Dru Harp, did all of the illustrations for me! It explains the home selling process to the children. It has a place for them to sign agreeing to help Mom and Dad by keeping their rooms cleaned, etc. This will be followed up with Regina Harp & Team giving them certificates and awards for a job well done! By the way, my daughter is telling everyone she is the President of the "Children's Clean Home Club"!

Homestead Exemption
Do you have your receipt for having filed the Homeowners Tax Exemption Form? In order to qualify for the homeowners exemption for next year as the new owner for your home, you must file with the Assessor's Office on Irma Blvd. in Gonzales. Contact them at 647-8182 no later than the last day of this year. I cannot file this for you. You must do it yourself. I want to make sure that you obtain all the tax relief to which you are entitled.
