PERSONALLY - As a Lifetime Resident of the Prairieville, Gonzales, Baton Rouge Parish areas, we have grown to love and appreciate the special features of this community. I married my high school sweetheart, Tim, in Germany and was an “Air Force Wife” for five years. I supported him as a jet engine mechanic and was there when he fought in the war in Desert Storm, and he has been there to support me through the ups and downs in my career in Real Estate.
We have four children, Tim Jr.(16), Dru (15), Cole(13) and Tyler(12) who attend Dutchtown High and Middle schools. They are active in the Dutchtown High and Middle School Football League, in the Dutchtown School wrestling teams, and also racing our Go-karts (A total of FOUR which are all decorated with BloomingHouse Realty logos) in Breaux Bridge, Acadiana and other local and out of state areas. I was a stay at home Mom for 7 years.
People always ask me how I do Real Estate full time and remain active with my four children, and I have to say it’s easy when you LOVE what you do and are having so much FUN! “Taking care of people” has always been “in my blood” and it continues in Real Estate.
With a full trained staff of Team members, we are fortunate in having each other to pick up the ball when one of us has something to do with our families. I lend my quick success in Real Estate to living “The Golden Rule” - Treat others as you expect to be treated and never letting the dollar dictates my actions with people.
I enjoy football, basketball, go-cart racing, crocheting Afghans and delicate dollies, decoupage, gardening, cooking, fishing and traveling! I am a computer goo roo, getting up every morning between 4:00-5:00 AM to do research on my computer and to come up with new Marketing ideas.

Regina’s first year at a National Franchise resulted in her being named "Rookie of the Year" for production, professionalism and enthusiasm to the industry.
